Yep, good read. I was going to respond in the comments but I saw that there were already 758 (!!)
Loved "hooplehead." Hadn't heard of that before so looked it up:
a member of the ignorant masses; an uneducated commoner; an idiot. word popularized by HBO's Deadwood
As in Try not to use big words-- it confuses the hoopleheads.
